Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Hardware Project Manager for a travel-oriented remote role in the United States. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex capital equipment and integration projects across multiple sites, engaging customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, familiarity with regulatory requirements and construction drawings, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management or equivalent professional experience in construction project management.
• Must have general knowledge and familiarity with construction drawings and regulatory requirements.
• Experience presenting complex ideas and schedules to external customers at all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent conflict management skills required, able to manage escalations.
• Structured working methodology.
• Strong customer service acumen.
• Willing to learn and grow with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, critical thinking, and a strong appetite for project execution.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site readiness for delivery, implementation, and integration of equipment or enterprise software systems.
• Manage projects of diverse scope with multisite dependencies.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and resource scheduling.
• Monitor and report progress and milestones to stakeholders.
• Engage with high-visibility customers and projects on-site or via calls.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
