Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a capable Project / Field Manager to oversee logistics, installation, and delivery of imaging equipment such as MR, CT, and X-ray across customer sites. You will manage pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules, collaborating with facilities teams and engineers to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires 1–3+ years of complex project management in clinical/healthcare settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 1–3+ years of complex project management experience.
• Construction in healthcare environments preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation for imaging equipment across modalities.
• Develop and maintain pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules with key stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate with facilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Communicate project status, scope changes, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend presale meetings with Sales Account Executives.
• Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflows.
• Visit project sites to secure measurements and cost estimates.
