Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to guide frontier AI models in evaluating real-world electrical engineering tasks. You bring judgment from years of hardware design, debugging, and shipping products to teach AI to reason about circuits and physical constraints.

You will design challenging problems, run them through AI models, and critique results with evidence-based reasoning and detailed notes. Remote-friendly, with US/UK-style collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred but not required.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs; defend component-level and system-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic engineering problems based on your practice.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge outputs to your professional standard.
• Compare two model versions on identical prompts and identify which performed better.
