Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Gynecologists to deliver exceptional care to women across the United States via virtual visits. Earned through a 1099 contractor arrangement, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow evidence-based practices, and contribute to a patient-centered care model that prioritizes accessibility, equity, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical Gynecology experience with focus on chronic/complex women’s health.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity.
• Strong bedside manner in a virtual setting.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting promptly.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care; dedicate 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly.
