Job summary

Allara is hiring board-certified Gynecologists who focus on delivering exceptional virtual care to women across the U.S. This is a 1099 contract role, fully remote within the United States, with flexible scheduling and a collaborative provider network.

You will conduct video visits, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records while meeting ongoing training and policy standards. A state license and 2+ years of clinical Gynecology experience are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active board certification in Gynecology.
• 2+ years of clinical Gynecology experience focusing on chronic/complex women's health.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassionate care.
• Proficient using EMR, messaging, scheduling tools, and virtual visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to uphold high standards of care.
• Complete required training and follow clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
• Provide minimum 20 patient-facing hours per week with telemedicine guidance.
