Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Gynecologists for a fully remote, U.S.-based position focused on delivering exceptional care to women historically underserved. You'll conduct patient assessments via video visits, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Minimum 2 years of consecutive clinical Gynecology experience.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Active, unrestricted licenses in at least one US state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting promptly.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care; dedicate 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly.
