Job summary

Allara, a leading women’s health platform, is hiring board-certified Gynecologists to deliver expert, virtual care across the U.S. You will assess patients via video visits, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This 1099 contract role offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling, malpractice coverage, and opportunities to educate patients on preventive care. Active state licenses and multi-state eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Min. 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist with focus on chronic and complex women's health conditions.
• Proven autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassionate care.
• Experience with telemedicine and virtual care platforms is preferred.
• Active, unrestricted state licenses in one or more U.S. states, with licensure in at least one active hiring state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting.
