Job summary

Allara is a leading women’s health platform hiring board-certified Gynecologists for fully remote work within the U.S. You will conduct patient assessments via video visits, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

This contract role offers per-visit compensation, flexible scheduling, malpractice insurance, and the chance to advance care for underserved patients while working from home across the U.S.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity.
• Active state licenses in one or more U.S. states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and charting in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Dedicate 10-20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
