Job summary

Allara, a leading women’s health provider, is hiring board-certified Gynecologists to deliver exceptional virtual care to underserved patients across the U.S. This is a fully remote 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Applicants must hold an active IMLC license (or be pursuing one) and have at least 2 years of gynecology experience, focusing on chronic and complex health issues.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Minimum 2 years of consecutive gynecology clinical experience with chronic/complex conditions.
• Active IMLC license or in process to obtain one.
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and charting in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
