Job summary

Allara is hiring board-certified Gynecologists to provide expert, remote care for women across the U.S. Applicants must hold an active IMLC license or be pursuing licensure, with a minimum of 2 years of gynecologic clinical experience.

You will conduct assessments via video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain high standards of care and documentation while educating patients on preventive health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical gynecology experience focusing on chronic and complex women's health conditions.
• IMLC license: active or in process.
• Clinical independence with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compassionate virtual care.
• Experience with telemedicine and caring for patients in a virtual setting.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state license.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and evidence-based wellness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity.
• Dedicate at least 20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
