Job summary

kps life is seeking a remote LCoE Curricula & Compliance Manager for the Clinical Study Team (CST) Training to drive training strategy and compliance through ComplianceWire LMS. You will partner with CTM and R&D stakeholders to design role-based curricula, maintain audit readiness, and analyze training data for continuous improvement on a global scale.

The role requires strong LMS administration with ComplianceWire, GxP knowledge, and experience with Veeva QDocs/eTMF, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in clinical/pharma/medical devices training.
• Proven LMS administration experience with ComplianceWire or similar.
• Solid understanding of GxP training requirements in clinical trials.
• Experience with Veeva Quality Docs/eTMF, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing multiple projects for global training teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: maintain LMS data structures to support GxP CST training and ensure audit readiness.
• Relationship Management: collaborate with CTM and SMEs to align curricula with training needs.
• Consulting: analyze LMS and TMF data issues and propose optimized solutions; support regulatory audits.
• Curricula Support: create and maintain role-based curricula and user groups; update reports.
• Creativity & Problem Solving: contribute to continuous improvement projects for quality and compliance.
• Measurement & Reporting: track training trends and compliance metrics.
• Training Delivery: prepare presentations and content to educate stakeholders; support global implementation plans.
