Job summary

Experis is seeking a Guidewire Application Development Manager to lead architecture, design and delivery for Claims initiatives. The role is remote with a preference for hybrid work in Raleigh, NC or Jersey City, NJ, and full-time commitment across global teams.

You will guide a 10+ offshore resources, own release management, and ensure production support while aligning with business stakeholders and technology leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
• Multiple end-to-end ClaimCenter implementations.
• Strong Guidewire Cloud experience, including deployments and architecture.
• Hands-on Guidewire development, configuration, and solution design background.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and guiding offshore resources.
• Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical leader for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
• Drive architecture, solution design, and technical delivery for Claims initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, cloud deployments, and modernization efforts.
• Influence and guide a global Claims delivery team of 10+ resources, including offshore teams.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leadership.
• Own technical decision-making across architecture, integrations, releases, and production support.
• Manage application portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and platform strategy.
• Ensure successful delivery through Agile practices and strong governance.
• Act as the trusted advisor for Claims technology and Guidewire best practices.
