Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC is seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead to drive design, development, configuration, integration, and delivery of ClaimCenter solutions across distributed teams. The role requires strong hands-on Guidewire expertise and leadership for a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/software development experience with Guidewire
• 5+ years hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
• Strong knowledge of ClaimCenter configuration and customization
• Strong knowledge of Gosu programming language
• Experience with ClaimCenter data model, entities, typelists, rules, workflows, PCF, and validation
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, and production support activities
• Own technical design and architecture for ClaimCenter solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, configurators, and integration teams
• Perform ClaimCenter configuration, customization, and development using Gosu
• Design and implement integrations between ClaimCenter and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks
• Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, business, and offshore/onshore teams to ensure successful delivery
