Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Guidewire Claim Center Developer/Consultant to design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions for the Guidewire Claim Center platform.

This remote role requires hands-on development, integration work, and upgrades to support claims processing in a US-based environment. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in technology, 4+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter development, and strong experience with Studio, Gosu, PCF, and related integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of overall technology experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation or major upgrade.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio, Gosu, PCF, entities, typelists, business rules, workflows, plugins, and data-model extensions.
• Experience developing ClaimCenter integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging, batch-processing, and plugin frameworks.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, XML, JSON, SQL, and web-services.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory, security, audit, and data-privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and implement Guidewire Claim Center solutions.
• Configure claims functionality including NFN, exposures, activities, assignments, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation, litigation, and closure.
• Develop business rules, workflows, validation rules, assignment rules, and user-interface configurations using Guidewire Studio.
• Build and customize solutions using Gosu, PCF, entities, typelists, data-model extensions, plugins, and Guidewire configuration frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations between ClaimCenter and internal or third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging, plugins, and batch processes.
• Lead technical-design discussions and recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire standards and enterprise architecture.
• Support ClaimCenter upgrades, cloud migrations, platform modernization, and product-version enhancements.
