Vaco is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter experience for a direct hire, remote role in the EST time zone.

The role centers on Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter with secondary support for PolicyCenter initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions across claims and billing lifecycles.

Qualificações

5+ years of BA experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
3+ years of Guidewire experience focusing on ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
Translate complex processes into functional requirements and user stories.
Experience in Agile environments using Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
Strong communication across business and technical teams.
Located in the Eastern Time Zone and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyze, and document requirements across Claims, Billing, and Underwriting.
Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Support Guidewire ClaimCenter processes including FNOL, lifecycle, payments, and reporting.
Support Guidewire BillingCenter workflows including billing plans, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Conduct gap analysis between legacy and Guidewire capabilities.
Provide secondary support for PolicyCenter initiatives.
Assist with integrations and data mapping between Guidewire and external platforms.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners throughout Agile delivery.
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, UAT, and defect triage.
