Godshall Recruiting is seeking an experienced Insurance Technology Business Analyst for a Greenville, SC area role focused on claims and billing improvements. The ideal candidate bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Guidewire-based solutions in a data-driven environment.

You will gather requirements, map processes, support ClaimCenter and BillingCenter enhancements, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure solutions meet compliance and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Guidewire integrations.
• Requirements gathering, testing, and business process analysis.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for claims and billing initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements.
• Support ClaimCenter and BillingCenter enhancements related to claims, billing, payments, collections, and reporting.
• Assist with integrations and data mapping between Guidewire and external platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing activities, and solution validation efforts.
• Help ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
