Job summary

the company is seeking a Director, GTM Strategy & Planning to lead the revenue strategy in a fast-growing, global data infrastructure business. You will own GTM strategy, coverage models, quota setting, headcount planning, and go-to-market alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Based in one of our offices (Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York) with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate across regions and lead a team to drive revenue growth and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a GTM strategy team aligned to values
• Drive annual GTM planning with CRO/CMO/Finance; turn goals into plans
• Own headcount planning for revenue org with Finance/People
• Design global quota and territory process for existing and new segments
• Shape market segmentation, team structure, and coverage
• Build bottom-up pipeline targets with GTM and top-down forecast with Finance
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Product to target high-value buyers
• Evaluate market entry opportunities; build geography GTM strategies
• Develop and maintain partner GTM strategy with alliances
• Identify AI opportunities to boost GTM productivity
• Prepare GTM performance materials for executives (QBRs/Board)
• Advise on sales compensation design with leadership
