Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior GTM programs manager to own the sales play portfolio and the PMM content ecosystem. This role combines governance with hands-on program building to drive go-to-market success.

You will coordinate with PMMs, sales leadership, and RevOps to develop plays, enablement assets, and launch plans, while measuring impact and maintaining a healthy, up-to-date content library.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA optional.
• Strong judgment about what sellers actually need — and the field empathy to back it up.
• Data-driven mindset with real data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales play portfolio from ideation to content refresh, with measurement of utilization, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Govern PMM content: establish bill of materials and governance frameworks for assets, ensure consistency and high quality.
• Lead GTM readiness: coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and enablement, manage timelines, and ensure field readiness for launches.
