Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior GTM programs manager to own two critical functions in product marketing: the sales play portfolio and the PMM content ecosystem. This builder and operator role will manage full lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional execution, and measure outcomes that matter.

You will drive governance for PMM content, manage the Field Readiness portal refresh, and ensure alignment with GTM priorities. A strong data-driven mindset and 5+ years in B2B SaaS are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA optional.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sales play portfolio lifecycle from ideation to content refresh with user feedback and metrics.
• Define and govern PMM content: bill of materials, asset types, and standards.
• Lead GTM readiness for quarterly releases and major launches across product, marketing, sales, and enablement.
• Measure impact: adoption, engagement, pipeline influence, and win-rate differentials.
