Job summary

Tremendous is hiring a GTM Engineer focused on marketing who can integrate LLMs, workflow tools, and low-code capabilities to automate our marketing processes. You will work with brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events marketing teams to drive high-leverage improvements.

You will design agentic campaigns, deploy AI tools, and build automated reporting pipelines that unify cross-channel performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting.
• Process-first thinker with a bias for rapid experimentation and documented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows across the full campaign lifecycle.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for marketing and run pilots.
• Build automated reporting pipelines across paid, organic, email, and events channels.
• Build AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification workflows.
• Enable marketers to run channel work from AI agents and automate lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
• Create reusable tools and workflows to speed up the team.
