Upsender is seeking a business-growth sales consultant to engage qualified prospects and help them decide on services that boost growth and customer performance. This is a fully remote role assigned to Upsender's Dallas sales team with U.S. business hours required.

You will run consultative conversations, diagnose needs, present pricing, and close opportunities. Remote calls (Zoom/phone), strong discovery skills, and meticulous pipeline notes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, business development, or high-value sales environments.
• Experience selling B2B services/software/marketing/consulting.
• Experience conducting remote sales calls via Zoom or phone.
• Strong discovery and diagnostic questioning skills.
• Coachability and personal accountability.

Responsabilités

• Run consultative sales conversations with qualified business owners and marketing leaders.
• Understand the prospect's business model, growth process, customer base, goals, and constraints.
• Diagnose problems affecting growth in engagement, automation, retention, and monetization.
• Recommend Upsender platform, white-glove service, or customized engagement.
• Present pricing and service options clearly.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Ask for the sale when there is a legitimate fit.
• Follow up with qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline records.
• Submit call recordings for coaching and review.
