Job summary

Marigold is seeking a Product Manager, Growth Strategy to shape how marketers move from signup to paid customer and to bring an outside-in view of the market into our product decisions. You’ll identify the early behaviors that signal long-term customer success, uncover where the journey loses people, and turn those findings into a shared growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of signup/activation/trial monetization.
• Hands-on analytics experience; build and interpret funnels, cohorts, retention.
• Strong modeling and market-sizing; articulate assumptions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams.
• Willingness to collaborate across Australia overlapping hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end self-serve conversion funnel and metrics.
• Build funnel, cohort, retention analyses and translate into recommendations.
• Assess competitive landscape and identify patterns and opportunities.
• Communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders across time zones.
