Storti Quality is seeking a driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the Northeast expansion of our utility construction and infrastructure services from Cincinnati, OH. You will build strategic opportunities, supervise project execution, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to travel; you will manage client relationships from kickoff to delivery and partner with executives to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in utility construction, utility services, or infrastructure.
• Experience in business development, operations management or regional leadership.
• Travel extensively throughout the Northeast for project delivery.
• Strong financial and business acumen with proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utility, energy, telecom, and infrastructure markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Oversee regional operations to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead client meetings, review performance, and drive repeat business and referrals.
