Job summary

DuckDuckGo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager on our Marketing & Communications team. You will drive profitable paid subscriber growth through planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and measurement across channels.

You will partner with Engineering and Product to optimize landing pages, funnels, and product experiences, using aggregated metrics, lift testing, and LTV-based payback models to prove our edge in privacy-respecting advertising.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles.
• Experience with paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
• Hands-on experience standing up paid subscription programs and optimizing for LTV and payback.
• Experience driving subscription growth in high-traffic products with subscription revenue as a secondary model.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and instrumentation.
• Ability to manage highly complex, ambiguous projects across strategy and marketing tactics.
• Advanced analytical and measurement abilities including app economics, lift testing, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal or written.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority marketing campaigns from planning to execution, testing, and optimization.
• Drive profitable paid subscriber growth and launch new marketing programs for subscriptions.
