Pixofix, a visual production studio for AI and 3D visuals, seeks a growth marketer to own the go-to-market engine and drive meetings with right accounts. You will shape strategy, direct teams and partners, and use data to allocate effort and budget.

You will manage demand generation, outbound channels, and partnerships, collaborating with sales, SEO and creative teams to build a repeatable sales engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing for a services business.
• Hands-on with email and LinkedIn outbound; able to manage agencies or partners.
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns and reading performance data.
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting).
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds a pipeline strategy.
• Analytical; able to explain numbers and next steps.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces.
• Oversee outbound: manage email outbound agency and SDR follow-up.
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting.
• Oversee paid campaigns with budget allocation, testing and results.
• Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot (attribution, funnel, cost per meeting).
• Collaborate with Sales for feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
• Coordinate with SEO and social teams to support pipeline.
• Build and manage partnerships to bring qualified buyers.
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn't work.
