Pixofix, a visual production studio specializing in AI and 3D visuals for fashion and ecommerce, seeks a growth leader to own the go-to-market engine. Your main measure is meetings booked with the right accounts, and you will set the strategy, direct the people and partners who execute it, and use data to decide where effort and budget go.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally for a services business.
• Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outbound, and with managing agencies or external partners.
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns (Google, Meta and/or LinkedIn) and reading performance data.
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting).
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds a pipeline strategy.
• Analytical: you can explain what the numbers say and what to do next.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces, from messaging to channel mix.
• Oversee outbound: manage email outbound agency and guide SDR on follow-up, messaging and lead quality.
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting.
• Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with the paid media specialist: budget, creative, testing, results.
• Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting, channel performance.
• Work with Sales on qualification feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
• Coordinate with SEO and social teams so organic, paid and outbound support each other and generate pipeline.
• Build and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen positioning.
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn’t work.
