Job summary

Frontline Education is seeking a Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to scale our growth engine, driving demand, pipeline, and revenue through data-driven omnichannel strategies. You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization across buyer journeys, aligning with Sales to accelerate velocity.

The role emphasizes rapid testing, agile execution, deep analytics, and collaboration across marketing, product, and revenue teams to improve ROI and CAC. Remote work with HQ travel possible.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of growth marketing and demand generation leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to drive transformation and change.
• Deep understanding of buyer behaviors and end-to-end buying processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning marketing with sales.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI-based ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, measure and optimize data-driven demand generation strategy to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
• Lead omni-channel buyer journeys with strong stage conversion and pipeline velocity.
• Build campaign strategies aligned with conversion metrics, messaging, and CTAs.
• Lead ABM to engage high-value prospects and optimize paid/organic media.
• Define and report on campaign metrics, ROI, budgets, and CAC.
• Guide and develop Growth Marketing team with clear goals and feedback.
