Job summary

Ashley Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll support growth marketing initiatives and report to the Senior Designer, Growth Marketing.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality designs across a range of formats — including social media video advertising, social media image-based advertising, and YouTube/CTV assets, among others. You’ll work closely with Marketing Directors, Growth Platform Leads, and fellow designers

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience with performance-driven creative for digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Video editing with short-form content using Premiere, CapCut, or AI tools like Firefly.
• Familiar with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads platforms and advertising metrics.
• Experience measuring CTR and running A/B testing cadences.
• Ability to translate analytics into a clear design story.

Responsibilities

• Build an organized workflow and strong rapport with Growth Platform Leads.
• Develop high-impact creative for campaigns across paid social, YouTube, demand gen, email, and CTV.
• Partner with growth team for rapid iterations and testing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain brand consistency while driving performance.
• Balance speed, quality, and performance in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
