Job summary

Ashley Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you'll support growth marketing initiatives and report to the Senior Designer, Growth Marketing.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality designs across a range of formats — including social media video advertising, social media image-based advertising, and YouTube/CTV assets, among others. You'll work closely with Marketing Directors, Growth Platform Leads, and fellow designers

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience in a similar role with a portfolio of performance-driven digital campaigns.
• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Video editing experience for short-form content using Premiere, CapCut, or Firefly.

Responsibilities

• Build organized workflow with Growth Platform Leads and manage daily/weekly creative needs.
• Develop high-impact creative for paid social, YouTube, demand gen, email, and CTV campaigns.
• Collaborate with growth team to brainstorm, execute rapid creative iterations and testing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Maintain Ashley brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries to hit growth objectives.
• Balance speed, quality, and performance in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
