Qualifications

• Home builder experience required.
• 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience driving traffic that converts.
• 2+ years of experience with both paid search and social advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics; Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical, technical, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and self-teach with available resources.
• Organized and driven approach to your career.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns to meet client goals.
• Manage SEM campaigns, track ROI, and optimize landing pages.
• Report website analytics and campaign performance.
• Edit and update email marketing templates.
• Collaborate with builder partners to align on goals.
