LumiMeds Health, Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Lifecycle) to own paid acquisition and optimize onboarding, retention, and LTV. This remote US role collaborates with Creative, Product, and Leadership to accelerate growth while meeting healthcare regulations.

You will guide testing strategy, manage budgets, and implement lifecycle programs (abandoned carts, post-purchase sequences) to maximize CAC-to-LTV profitability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Ad Roll.
• Experience with healthcare or regulated marketing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization across major ad platforms.
• Drive CRO for landing pages and funnels; test pricing and offers.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and healthcare regulations.
