Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Member Growth Manager to lead consumer enrollment initiatives and accelerate program adoption across industries. You will leverage growth marketing expertise, data proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to design, execute, and refine outreach strategies.

You will own performance metrics, report insights to stakeholders, and work with Design, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure scalable enrollment campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, or related fields.
• Bonus points for experience in healthcare or employer benefits industries.
• Strong interest in both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and adhere to efficient processes.
• Outstanding project management and presentation skills.
