Qualificações

• Licensing in required state(s) is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients primarily in the 250–499 lives segment focusing on retention, growth, and service.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Support renewals, broker partnerships, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to ensure policy changes for clients.
