Job summary

Occidental Roofing is seeking a Marketing Manager (Growth & Digital Performance) to build and lead the marketing engine. You will own inbound marketing, lead generation, and revenue impact, running SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, content, analytics, automation, and AI-driven marketing operations.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, with a clear path to scale into a leadership role as the company grows, in a hybrid Tempe/Tucson setup with potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of digital marketing experience across SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results, including ROAS growth and reductions in CPL/CAC.
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads end-to-end with measurable metrics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads Manager, and CRMs.
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing automation and AI tools into workflow.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into revenue-driven actions.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, execute, and report outcomes without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Execution: Build, execute, and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to generate inbound leads.
• Marketing Tech & AI-Enabled Marketing: Implement and manage marketing technology and automation tools (CRM, analytics, email, workflow).
• Content & Social Media: Plan and manage content calendar; create and repurpose content across platforms.
• Marketing Strategy & Growth Hacking: Develop full-funnel marketing strategy; run growth experiments; translate data into insights.
