Job summary

Ozmo is seeking an accomplished VP of Marketing to lead a modern B2B SaaS marketing function and accelerate growth in enterprise and SMB segments. This role shapes the market presence, drives revenue, and builds a high-performing team across demand gen, ABM, product marketing, and field events.

The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver integrated GTM programs, scalable campaigns, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Executive leadership in a SaaS or enterprise tech setting.
• Deep expertise in ABM, demand generation, revenue marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales to drive growth.
• Track record of go-to-market strategies delivering measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, informing strategy with market and performance data.
• Develop and execute Ozmo's integrated marketing strategy to align investments with growth and revenue targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization with coaching and accountability.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate strategic account engagement and improve win rates.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing and demand generation across enterprise and SMB segments.
• Direct Ozmo's field marketing and events portfolio to accelerate pipeline and market presence.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, content, product marketing, sales, and events for cohesive GTM motions.
• Oversee product marketing, pricing support, and sales enablement to articulate Ozmo's value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on adoption, advocacy, and retention initiatives.
• Refine market positioning and messaging as new products enter markets.
• Establish data-driven metrics, attribution, and executive dashboards linking marketing to revenue.
• Work with Revenue Operations to improve measurement, forecasting, and funnel efficiency.
• Drive optimization via experimentation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
• Manage budgets to maximize efficiency, pipeline contribution, and growth.
