Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, growth analytics, or related roles in high-growth environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and KPI design.
• Strong product and business intuition with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and designers to improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to uncover growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Champion experimentation and data-informed decision making across the company.
• Define KPIs and measurable outcomes for squads and the organization.
• Use statistics, forecasting, and ML to understand user behavior and business performance.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities via journey analysis and funnels.
• Shape priorities with data-informed trade-offs and ROI considerations.
• Build dashboards, models, and self-serve tools for growth visibility.
• Maintain a consistent data layer with the broader data team.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and evidence-based work.
