Job summary

Smalls, a premium DTC cat food brand, is hiring a Product Manager to own how new customers discover, evaluate, and buy. You’ll treat the conversion funnel as your product, run rapid A/B tests, and think in customer segments rather than funnel steps.

You’ll partner with Marketing on tracking and signals, shape checkout paths, and drive CRO across on-site experiences. This lean team works remotely across the US and values data-driven decision making and ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of running CRO programs with LP testing.
• Experienced with ecommerce fundamentals: PDP, CLP, checkout.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion funnel from visit to first box; run high-velocity A/B tests and learn from results.
• Partner with Marketing to improve tracking, attribution, and MarTech signals.
• Shape how purchasing works as Smalls expands beyond subscription.
• Own platform initiatives and technical tradeoffs with engineering.
• Lead CRO scope across on-site experiences and LP testing end-to-end.
