Job summary

Bring Back in Belgium is seeking a Business Developer to grow revenue by building systems, not just selling bottles, and to reshape supply chains.

You will travel to client sites, engage industrial decision-makers, and co-design reusable packaging systems that fit existing lines, with hybrid remote work.

Location: Belgium; languages French & Dutch required; English and German nice-to-have; compensation includes fixed salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex B2B sales within packaging, beverages, logistics, or related fields.
• Comfortable with technical, operational and regulatory topics.
• Proven track record selling projects and solutions, not off-the-shelf products.
• Results-driven with a focus on volumes and margins.
• Entrepreneurial, structured, autonomous and credible with industrial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients across bottlers, fillers, brands, distributors and retailers.
• Develop long-term partnerships and build a strong commercial pipeline.
• Drive volumes to maximize use of washing and logistics infra.
• Explain how reuse improves long-term cost, supply stability and compliance.
