Qualifications

- Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Book journeys via email, chat, and phone - convert inquiries into trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
- Spot trends in client feedback to personalize future bookings.
- Optimize response times to boost client satisfaction.
- Nurture post-booking relationships and provide support before, during, and after trips.
