Job summary

ROBIN RECOVERY is seeking a Therapist to plan and facilitate clinical process and psychoeducational groups across a remote, field-based network. The role involves travel between facilities to deliver on-site group services, plus remote documentation and treatment planning.

Licensure must be in OH (CDCA, QMHS, LSW, LCDC I-III, or LPC). The Therapist collaborates with case management and medical staff to coordinate whole-person care, adheres to 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA, and maintains a secure

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in the State of Ohio in one of: CDCA, QMHS, LSW, LCDC I- III, or LPC.
• Experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational groups in SUD or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based group treatment models (CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing).
• Strong group management, de-escalation, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between multiple facility locations and work remote/field-hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate clinical process groups and psychoeducational groups.
• Travel between facility locations to deliver in-person group services and onsite treatment planning.
• Complete group and individual clinical documentation timely and in accordance with standards.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and current licensure; complete continuing education.
