Job summary

ROBIN RECOVERY is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of outpatient sites within the Robin Recovery network. You will manage daily clinical activities, ensure supervision, and develop quality improvement plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This is a remote, field-based role requiring travel to assigned facilities as needed. The role requires a Master's in Behavioral Health, active Ohio licensure with supervision certification, and 5+ years of mental

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health is required.
• Active, unrestricted Ohio licensure with clinical supervision certification/licensure: LICDC/LPCC/LISW or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Mental Health or Substance Use treatment experience, outpatient preferred.
• ASAM experience and knowledge.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for clinical staff and document supervision notes.
• Supervise all clinical staff activities and maintain quality of care.
• Provide direct clinical care to clients as needed.
• Lead the Clinical Treatment Team as Leader/Liaison.
• Develop and implement policies for clinical operation of sites.
• Coordinate with billing and utilization review.
• Implement and maintain EHR systems and data infrastructure.
• Participate in medical records meetings and quality improvement efforts.
• Evaluate program quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Oversee employment processes for clinical staff and performance appraisals.
• Train and credential staff; ensure ongoing required trainings.
• Foster a positive team culture and recruitment of high-quality staff.
• Network with other organizations to increase referrals.
• Travel to facilities for oversight; document supervision; maintain HIPAA remote work environment.
• Communicate travel schedules and site coverage with leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
