Job summary

Loews Hotels is seeking a Group Services Manager to lead the daily operation of Group Reservations and Delphi Administration within the Customer Engagement Center. You will guide a remote team, coordinate group reservations, and ensure data integrity in the Delphi system while partnering with hotel properties and meeting planners to maximize business flow and the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and engage a remote team of Group Reservation Coordinators.
• Oversee end-to-end group reservations process to meet SLAs.
• Manage Delphi system administration and reporting.
• Maintain controls and conduct regular process tests.
• Deliver training and performance reviews.
• Foster courtesy, inclusion, and escalation management.
• Lead change management for system/process updates.
• Collaborate with hotel properties and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as escalation point and SME for group reservations.
• Control departmental costs through labor management.
