Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Nashville is seeking a Group Services Manager to lead the daily operations of Group Reservations and Delphi Administration, coordinating the preparation and servicing of group bookings while ensuring data integrity in Delphi.

You will supervise a remote team of Group Reservation Coordinators and Delphi Systems Analysts within the Customer Engagement Center, driving efficiency, service levels, and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Delphi and Opera PMS evident.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in hospitality reservations or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of Group Reservations and Delphi administration.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage a remote team.
• Monitor end-to-end reservations processes and ensure data accuracy.
