Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. is seeking a Group Lead, Operations Account Management to oversee performance across a portfolio of clients.

You will lead revenue cycle execution, ensure accurate reporting, and drive high-quality performance across billing, follow-up, collections, denials, and claim resolution workflows. You will mentor operational leads, manage escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect cash flow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in hospital revenue cycle operations.
• 5+ years of manager experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of insurance regulations, reimbursement practices, coding interfaces, and automated billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance and KPIs across client portfolios; monitor A/R days, cash performance, denial trends, and accuracy measures.
• Serve as the senior operational liaison between client facilities and internal delivery teams; maintain proactive, accurate communication.
• Translate client needs into prioritized operational actions and execution plans across teams; lead corrective actions to prevent revenue leakage.
• Identify trends and risks; drive root-cause analysis and cross-team action plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and clear status updates for leadership and clients; ensure service stability and client satisfaction.
