Job summary

52 Limited seeks a Contract Group Enrollment Specialist to onboard new small commercial groups from start to finish, ensuring eligibility, benefits, rates, and group data are accurate and timely.

You will collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Membership Accounting to enable smooth onboarding for new and existing groups, while upholding quality and regulatory standards. Remote work is allowed for residents in specified states and Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of information.
• Proficient typing (40 WPM) with high accuracy; comfortable using MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with health insurance enrollment, eligibility, membership, or group benefits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial groups and process eligibility, benefits, rates, and documents.
• Review group information and apply eligibility rules accurately.
• Ensure group setup and renewal activities meet quality, deadlines, and confidentiality.
