Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Group Director, Client Partner to lead a flagship paid social effort for a major brand from the US, with remote work options. You will guide strategy, inspire cross-functional teams, and own senior client relationships to drive brand lift and awareness.

You will manage a global roadmap, collaborate with strategy and activation teams, and elevate measurement-driven decision making across markets, reporting to senior leadership in a fast-paced digital agency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer media or performance marketing at a top agency, consultancy, or platform.
• Deep understanding of Paid Social mechanics, audience, creative, and measurement.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with accountability for strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of awareness-focused Paid Social programs across Meta Ads.
• Co-create and drive the global Paid Social roadmap with DEPT strategists, PMs, and planners.
• Act as a senior lead across client and internal touchpoints in multi-market environments.
• Oversee activation plans translating brand and product strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Integrate brand lift study data into broader marketing and performance strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets, KPIs, and outcomes across regions.
