Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Production/Grill Cook to support Maniilaq Health Association in Kotzebue, AK. The role involves preparing, producing, and presenting a variety of foods, completing production sheets, and working on a 3x3 rotation schedule.

Housing and three meals daily are provided when working in Kotzebue. The position requires at least 1 year of related cooking experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related cooking experience.
• Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Background check to be completed as per policy.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Prepare food safely and efficiently following standard procedures.
• Perform mainline food production duties per shift.
• Review daily needs with supervisor and complete production sheets.
• Supervise and train food service staff.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation per policy.
• Keep work areas clean and organized before shift end.
• Use proper PPE for tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies and training.
• Ensure quantity and quality control in production and sanitation.
• Arrange kitchen helpers as needed.
• Oversee serving lines and maintain stock.
• Fill in for other positions as required.
• Observe rotation procedures for produce and dairy.
• Other duties as assigned.
