Nana Management Services, LLC seeks a Hotel Cook for our Kotzebue hotel restaurant. The role entails preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of foods, maintaining sanitation and production sheets, and assisting with menu development.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, and food safety certification; experience in lodging/kitchen operations is preferred. This on-site position requires reliable work ethic and teamwork.
The Hotel Cook position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of foods, completion of production sheets and with other associated food service activities.
