Job summary

Global Impact Group LLC is seeking Greek Over-the-Phone Interpreters to support a USCIS contract. You will provide real-time Greek-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS officers, applicants, and stakeholders from a remote setting.

Candidates must maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and accuracy under federal standards. Requirements include native or near-native Greek and English, 2+ years of interpreting experience, and familiarity with interpreter ethics.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Greek and English.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, government preferred).
• Familiarity with interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Greek-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS officers, applicants, and stakeholders.
• Deliver services with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with USCIS/DHS interpreter standards.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge calls.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance reviews.
