Mitratech is seeking a Sales Consultant specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our global team. You will work with Account Executives to tailor solutions, influence product strategy, and lead demonstrations for clients across key markets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze industry trends, and help craft responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals, enabling successful sales outcomes while delivering client value.

Qualifications

• GRC expertise in risk management, policy management, and hotline compliance.
• Fluent Spanish and business English proficiency (written & verbal).
• 3+ years in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent skills development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with multiple AI tools to rapidly upskill in core functions.
• Project management across multiple projects with timely delivery.
• Analytical ability to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary solution consultant and technical contact for clients.
• Research industry trends to develop deep insights.
• Customize and present demonstrations addressing client requirements.
• Challenge clients to envision broader, more effective solutions.
• Maintain and configure demonstration environments to show product value.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and proposals; assist in client meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor competitive products to inform strategy and product development.
• Relay client feedback to drive product improvements.
